Roger D. Colbert Memorial Scholarship Award

Roger D. Colbert Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors related to an Illinois Jaycee member or JCI Senator.

The Roger D. Colbert Memorial Scholarship is to all graduating high school seniors and is based on involvement, leadership roles, honors and awards, Jaycee organization participation, employment, personal statements, financial statement, scholastic achievement and sponsor letter.

The number of $500 and $1000 scholarships awarded annually will be determined by the amount of funds raised from the result of The Bubba Bash Golf Tournament held in June of each year, through private donations from other foundations and individuals and the number of eligible applications submitted. Note: Applicants who have won an Illinois Jaycee Charitable Foundation Scholarship are not eligible for this award.

This scholarship is named for Roger Colbert, a past Illinois Jaycee, JCI Senator and member of the Illinois Jaycee Charitable Foundation Board of Directors.
