Illinois Jaycee Charitable Foundation, Inc.

The Bubba Bash is a golf outing held annually in June at Triple Lakes Golf Course in Millstadt, Illinois in memory of Roger Colbert. The profits from the tournament are the sole means of providing funds for the Roger D. Colbert Memorial Scholarship Fund. Two $500 scholarships will be awarded annually.

There are several ways in which local Jaycee chapters, region organizations, JCI Senate organizations, local businesses or individuals can contribute to the success of this worthwhile event. Naturally, participation in the golf tournament is one but the main source of revenue is through hole sponsorships. An entry form can be downloaded from this web site.

Any donation of $50 will qualify the donor as a hole sponsor All donations are made through the Foundation which is credited towards qualifying the donor as a Contributing Member of the Illinois Jaycee Charitable Foundation. Contact the Executive Director for details.

For the past several years, the President of the Illinois Jaycees has offered extra Parade of Chapter points to chapters that either sponsor a hole or enter a team in the tournament.

Scholarship competition is conducted for any high school student in Illinois who will be attending their first year of higher education the following year. Scholarship applicants must be a relative on an Illinois Jaycee member or JCI Senator.
